By walking through the door — by clicking past the age gate and settling into a chair at the table — you agree to the terms set out below. Read them once. They are shorter and plainer than most.
1. What ArcadeMorvix is — and what it is not
ArcadeMorvix is a free-to-use social entertainment platform. It offers browser-based BlackJack gameplay conducted entirely in non-monetary points. No real currency is accepted, wagered, awarded, or redeemable at ArcadeMorvix under any circumstances. The points you accumulate at the table have zero monetary value. They cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another person, used to purchase goods or services, or redeemed in any form. ArcadeMorvix is not a gambling operator. It does not hold a gambling licence, and it does not need one, because no element of gambling — as defined by the chance to win something of material value — is present here. This is a card-table-shaped social lounge, nothing more.
2. Age requirement — strictly 18 and above
Access to ArcadeMorvix is restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction is absolute and without exception. By confirming your age at the entry gate and continuing to use the site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you do not, you must leave immediately. We reserve the right to suspend access where we have reasonable grounds to believe this requirement has not been met. If you are a minor and have accessed this site in error, please close the browser now.
3. Permitted use
You may use ArcadeMorvix for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may share your chip count with friends, chat about strategy in any community space you choose, and return to the table as often as you like. What you may not do: attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the lounge's code or assets; use automated scripts or bots to interact with the table; attempt to exploit technical errors in the game engine to gain points advantages; or use the lounge in any way that disrupts other visitors' experience.
4. No warranties
ArcadeMorvix is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the lounge will be available at any particular time, that any hand will resolve without error, or that your chip count will persist indefinitely. We are a small operation in Bhadgaon, and we do our best to keep the lights on. If the table goes dark for maintenance, scheduled or otherwise, that is not a breach of these terms. We will restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.
5. Intellectual property
All original content on this site — including the visual design, written copy, card-back artwork, and the Halloween aesthetic that holds it together — belongs to ArcadeMorvix Lounge or is used with appropriate rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose this content without explicit written permission from us. The name ArcadeMorvix, the lounge identity, and the specific stylistic choices that define the parlour are the product of our work and are protected accordingly.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Maharashtra. Any dispute arising from your use of ArcadeMorvix that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jalgaon District, Maharashtra. By using this site, you consent to this jurisdiction.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in how we operate the lounge or to remain consistent with applicable law. When we do, the last-updated date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the lounge after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, the appropriate response is to stop using the site — and we will not take that personally.
