Who we are and what this lounge does

ArcadeMorvix is a free social BlackJack lounge with a permanent Halloween aesthetic, operated from Bhadgaon, Jalgaon District, Maharashtra, India. The lounge runs entirely on a points system. No money enters this site. No money leaves it. There are no accounts, no wallets, no payment processors, and no prize redemption of any kind. That architecture is not an accident — it is the design choice that shapes everything about how we handle the data of people who visit.

Information we collect automatically

When any browser requests a page from our server, that server receives a standard web request log entry. This entry contains your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page you asked for, the HTTP status code the server returned, and the browser and operating system string your device sent. These logs exist for security and stability purposes. They are not analysed for marketing. They are retained for no longer than 14 days, after which they are automatically purged. We do not cross-reference IP addresses with any external data source to identify individuals.

Information you provide directly

ArcadeMorvix has no registration form and no account system. There is no point at which you are asked to give us your name, date of birth beyond the binary age-gate confirmation, postal address, telephone number, or financial details. The age-gate confirmation — your click of "Yes, I'm 18+" — is recorded only as a session-level boolean in a browser cookie. It is not tied to your IP address in any stored record, and it does not persist beyond your browser session.

How we use what little we have

Server logs are used solely to diagnose errors, detect unusual traffic patterns that might indicate automated abuse of the lounge, and ensure the table stays playable. Session cookies are used to keep your chip stack and hand state intact during a single visit. Preference cookies, if set, are used only to restore your visual settings on a return visit. None of these uses involve profiling, automated decision-making about you as an individual, or sharing with any party outside our hosting infrastructure.

Third parties and data sharing

We do not sell visitor data. We do not share it with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms. Our hosting provider receives server requests as a technical necessity of operating any website; we have chosen a provider whose data handling practices are consistent with our own minimal-collection approach. Beyond hosting, no third party receives data derived from your use of ArcadeMorvix.

Your rights

Because we collect so little, most standard data-subject rights are satisfied simply by the structure of the lounge. There is no profile to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you that you wish to discuss, the contact details in our footer are the appropriate route. Residents of jurisdictions with specific statutory rights — including but not limited to the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California — may exercise those rights through the same channel. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children and age verification

ArcadeMorvix is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly interact with anyone under that age. The age gate at entry is mandatory. If we become aware that a minor has accessed the lounge, we will take reasonable steps to remove any associated session data immediately.
